I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for choosing Two Three Beauty for your self-care journey. Your trust in me means everything, and I am truly honored to have you as part of my community.
My hours of operation for the month of June 2025 are Monday and Tuesday 9am-530pm with the last client's service ending at 530pm. Wednesday-Friday 9am-12pm with the last client's service ending at 12pm. I am closed on the weekends; however, I do take clients who request a Saturday appointment for an additional $50 fee.
Each service of 1 hour or longer will require a non-refundable booking fee. The fee will be applied to your service unless canceled in less than 48 hours. If you need to reschedule, please do so prior to 48 hours and your fee will be applied to your new appointment.
For facial and permanent makeup appointments, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out required paperwork.
Late arrival could possibly cut into your appointment and may not allow time for your full luxury service and benefits e.g. microdermabrasion, red light therapy, and/or massages. Late arrival of up to 15 minutes into your appointment, that is communicated, will result in losing 15 minutes of your service.
Lateness exceeding 20 mins into your appointment time with no communication will be counted as a no call no show and result in a cancellation fee as stated below.
In my commitment to providing exceptional service, I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, it's important to note that a fee of 75% of the service cost will be charged for clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice. When you book an appointment, I set aside dedicated time and resources specifically for you, ensuring that I can deliver the best possible experience. The time is reserved exclusively for your appointment, meaning I turn away other clients who could have benefitted from that time slot. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me manage my schedule effectively.
Please note that no other guest will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment and this does include children.
